This series of classes will cover easy ways of making Indian and Pakistani food. It will be bilingual, and Japanese members are welcome to join.
Each class will contain sections on the following:
1. Where I find ingredients (particularly spices) in Tokyo
2. Preparation and cooking of the main meal.
3. Where relevant, I will try to explain the religious sentiments behind certain foods in India and Pakistan with a concentration on Muslim and Hindu restrictions on food.
