this is an important one Trashbags and Toliet Paper week. Please consider bringing a bag of trash bags- preferrably the Tokyo official ones OR some TP for our bathrooms. Also can someone grab 2 pairs of plastic toilet slippers from 100 yen store? People keep wearing the other ones out of the bathroom since they look the same ;-)

Meeting Notes 3rd November

Housekeeping
1. Please name anything you're lending or don't want others to use (including food)

2. Membership dues were due
There are also 2 desks upstairs to rent.
It's 30,000 yen for a month which includes everything except phone. Please spread the word. Official write up on the web.

3. Lights are being left on - especially hallway light. Please check when you leave.

4. For workshop planning, please use report sheet posted online.

5. Writers Club are interested in holding their monthly event here. Yay!

* need rent together by end of week. Please remind ppl - posting on website
* better system for house cleaning. trash can namagome - put into 2 bags,
- rinse out bottles / can
- double bags for rubbish that leak /
- put bags in shower (don't keep out)

ALSO This week Library Card Night- bring and donate or lend us a craft book, electronics book, cook book, gardening, anything that will teach us new stuff and give us more resources!

Tomorrow's dinner I will be making sausage and rice, plus left overs
perhaps from the BBQ ? anyone else feel like joining me in cooking -
please bring along whatever you'd like to add to the mix.

AND

URGENT need- we need to restock the paper supplies including Toilet
Paper, and Paper towels, napkins, etc.

Infrastructure Donations tomorrow go to getting the shelving for the
Project Pantry! So I'd like to ask all members and anyone else who can help to donate between 100-500 yen towards our metal shelves for the pantry room.

ALSO members- we will begin sourcing the project boxes for that room.
One per member- so when those are ready, you will need to purchase
your box from the space and then you can bring and keep your stuff in
your own spot.
