東京ハッカースペースへようこそ
ハッカースペースとは、コミュニティによって運営されている実際のスペース(場所)です。そこでは、いろんな人に会ったり一緒にプロジェクトに取り組んだりすることができます。
東京ハッカースペース(THS)はオープンコミュニティラボで、テクノロジーとか、科学、クッキング、ガーデニング、デジタルアート、ソーイング等々に興味を持っている人たちが同じ趣味を持つ仲間を見つけ、プロジェクトを開始し作業をすることができるインフラも備え持つ場所です。
もちろん、ただのプロジェクト用のスタジオなだけではなく、有志が集まって面白い事を考えたり、BBQをしてアニメを見たり、といった事もできる場所なのです。
THSは東京バーキャンプ2009でのディスカッションから生まれました。
私たちはプログラマ、エンジニア、IT管理者、アーティスト、シェフ、ミュージシャン、ギーク等のユニークな面々の集団であり、テクノロジー、アート、クラフト、音楽等の異なるジャンルをコラボレート、発展させていこうと考えています

Hi all!
I have been playing around with the site design.
Now, before you go all ballistic, I did *NOT* change anything on the
site, as you have always seen it.
I have been using a powerful new panels tool to play around with site
layout WITHOUT affecting the normal site, until we are ready to switch
over.
So, please take a look at the following link:

This is just a preliminary concept, and I would love to hear any input
you may have.
Even with the new tools, I had to make some compromises in layout
THS Kids-tech is a summer camp for kids aged 12 to 16.
Kids will learn the basics of electronics through hands on projects that teach them about components, reading schematics, and building circuits.
Several projects are planned.
Kids will build and take home:
* their basic electronics kit
* EL wire flower night light
* Bug bot
* LED flash circuit
Additional projects may be planned.
Lunches are provided by catering service!
* Please notify us if your child has any special dietary needs *

We'll be discussing the trip out to Kamogawa next week to scout out the terrain and watch the Kamogawa Matsuri. Hopefully, Dave can brief us on his recent trip out to Kamogawa as well.
Bring your wifi-enabled laptop, get online with an elegant, simple WordPress.com website, and create the content your audience is looking for.
In this hands-on workshop, we'll:
Define your online strategy: what story do you want to tell with your blog, and what do you want your audience to do?
Learn to tell your story with text, photos, audio & video* using the tools you already have.
Understand how to measure results using the simple, built-in statistics.
Understand the WordPress universe, including WordPress.com, WordPress.org, etc.
Come and see the Hackerspace, meet our members and see what we've been working on, enjoy our garden and BBQ party.
Burgers, Grilled Veggies, Sausage and More will be provided
Please bring a beverage or snack to share.
